Her Next Step provides wellness education, fitness guidance, nutrition information, journal and reflection tools, community features, and lifestyle coaching support.
The Service is designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the years that follow, with the goal of supporting sustainable habits around movement, strength, nutrition, recovery, and everyday well-being.
Her Next Step is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. You must be 18 or older to create and use a Her Next Step account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
Her Next Step provides wellness, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, educational, and coaching support.
Her Next Step does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services.
The information and guidance provided through Her Next Step is for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, exercise, or nutrition routine, and before starting any new wellness program.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experience in Her Next Step.

Her Next Step provides workout guidance, exercise demonstrations, and fitness programs.
Physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating whether any workout, exercise, or program is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
If you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Her Next Step provides nutrition information, recipes, and meal-planning tools.
Nutrition content provided through Her Next Step is general wellness information. It is not medical nutrition therapy or individualized dietary advice unless such services are separately provided and authorized.
If you have specific dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.
Her Next Step offers a 14-day trial. No payment information is required to begin the trial.
During the trial, you have access to the features included in your trial experience.
If you choose to continue as a member, you may subscribe to a paid membership. No automatic charge occurs when the trial ends, and no payment method is collected during the trial.
Your trial begins only when you choose to start it. If you do not subscribe during or after the trial, your access will pause until you choose to subscribe.
If you choose to subscribe, Her Next Step offers a recurring monthly membership.
Promotional pricing may be available at certain times. When promotional pricing applies, it is clearly presented before you subscribe. Standard pricing also applies where promotional pricing is not offered.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, your future renewal stops. No further charges are scheduled.
Where applicable, you continue to have access to Her Next Step through the end of your current paid period.
After your paid period ends, your account remains, but membership features are paused until you choose to reactivate.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
Her Next Step does not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewal. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period, and no further renewal payment is scheduled.
Her Next Step may issue refunds or credits at its discretion where appropriate or where required by applicable law.

Her Next Step includes community features where members can connect, share, and support one another.
You agree to participate respectfully. You are responsible for the content you post in community areas.
Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict community access for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the community.
You are responsible for the content you intentionally post to Her Next Step community areas.
Do not post content that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
Her Next Step is not liable for the content posted by members in community areas.
Her Next Step, including its name, branding, content, workouts, programs, recipes, articles, courses, and software, is owned by or licensed to The Bond Collective d/b/a Wellness Next Step.
You may use Her Next Step content for your personal, non-commercial use as a member.
Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Her Next Step content without permission.
You agree to use Her Next Step only for its intended wellness purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
You will not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems or another member's information.
You will not use Her Next Step to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service or community.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Her Next Step uses third-party services to operate the platform. Stripe is used for payment processing.
Wearable and health-service connections, when available, are provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
We strive to keep Her Next Step available and reliable.
However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
Her Next Step is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bond Collective d/b/a Wellness Next Step disclaims warranties and is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
